This is my first year living off campus as a college student and I really enjoy living at the flats. Marissa is such a wonderful person to talk to and if I have any questions she would be able to answer for me. Maintenance is also top notch because our AC unit broke and they had it fix within the same day. Overall everything is very affordable especially for college students and the environment is amazing.

I have absolutely loved living here! The leasing staff has been amazing and super helpful, even offering to help me out with my puppy Rip if I ever got in a bind and couldn't get home to let him out. If you have a dog, there are so many other friendly dogs to play with and being able to take them on a walk around UNL East Campus or Nebraska Wesleyan's Campus in under 2 miles is great!

Choosing to live at The Flats as opposed to other nearby apartments was one of the best decisions. The unit itself is very nice and new, the amenities are great, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They also put a lot of effort into creating a sense of community, which I really appreciate as a resident.
